Part of using our fit testing machines and completing quantitative fit testing is using the software as well, which needs to be downloaded. As there are a few different versions, this can be confusing. This blog should be a quick guide to downloading the correct fit test software. Please note that manufacturers may change links at any time and upgrade the software, so always refer to the manufacturer of the equipment.
Software for Portacount 8048 (Fit Pro Ultra)
- Open the TSI Software and Firmware Wizard
- In the “Search” bar, enter the name of your PortaCount (PortaCount™ Respirator Fit Tester 8048 [8048])
- Scroll down to and click on “FITPRO™ ULTRA 5.1.0 SOFTWARE SETUP”
- Complete the form for TSI to send you the software
Software for Portacount 8038 (Fit Pro+)
- Open the TSI Software and Firmware Wizard
- In the “Search” bar, enter the name of your PortaCount (PortaCount™ Respirator Fit Tester 8038 [8038])
- Scroll down to and click on “FITPRO+ V3.3.0 SOFTWARE”
- Complete the form for TSI to send you the software
Software for AccuFit 9000 and AccuFIT 9000 Pro
The AccuFIT 9000 and 9000 Pro models share the same software, downloadable from the Accutec website.
- Open the Accutec “Resource Library“
- Scroll down to “Firmware, Software and Drivers” and select “AccuFIT 9000 & PRO PC Software Version 1.5.0”
- Select either the 32 or 64-bit Version appropriate for your system type and download this.
