Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if you receive the wrong item.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster)


All sales are final unless the product is damaged/defective. For items that fall under these conditions, please use the returns form within 14 days after the product has been received. Photos of the item(s) must also be uploaded and submitted to support the claim. Once the claims have been submitted we will be in touch as soon as possible. Claims deemed an error on our part are fully covered at our expense.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

 – Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
 – Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (If applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, then please contact us.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of your estimated delivery date. Claims found to be an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Please take special care when providing your shipping address. If your address is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. In such an event you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Shipments – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us; in such an event and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment.
